Following the guidelines of the NATIONAL PLAN OF BILINGUALISM led by the Ministry of National Education (Ministerio de Educación Nacional - MEN), the CCCA has adapted its English program to the needs of students and teachers in colleges, schools and kindergartens.

The aim of this agreement is to strengthen and develop language and communication skills of English within the institutional framework, adapting our programs and levels to the schools needs.

OPTIONS FOR THE AGREEMENTS WITH INSTITUTIONS:

Mode I: Colombo English within the school PEI (Institutional Education Program):

In this agreement, the CCCA develops the English program, articulating all its approach with the curricular structure of the institution. 

Mode II: Extension of the CCCA in the institution facilities:

In this type, students, parents and the institutional teachers decide, voluntarily, to take English classes at the time agreed by both the CCCA and the institution.

Advantages:

  1. Highly trained teachers in English language teaching.
  2. Use of the same levels that the CCCA English program offers based on the CEFR (Common European Framework of Reference for Languages).
  3. Flexibility in organizing the schedule, allowing the development of two levels in one academic year. 
  4. Midterm reports for the institution, students and parents.
  5. There is no employment relationship between the institution and the CCCA teachers.
  6. Organization of groups of students with the same English level is up to a maximum of 20 students.

AGREEMENTS FOR COMPANIES:

The CCCA extends its program and classes at companies’ facilities, setting the schedule and number of hours to the availability of the company executives.
